Thank you for your purchase from Korok Crafts! Your satisfaction means a lot to us.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Because some of our pieces are handmade, please reach out before returning so we can find the best solution for you.

How to Request a Return Email us at customkorok@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
