Processing Time Some items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at customkorok@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
